THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39720 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 10-07-2017 in Form-6A for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said application within six (06) weeks and take appropriate action thereon. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.10-07-2017 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, take appropriate decision thereon and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
