This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents 4 and 6 in dodging the matter for mutation of names of the petitioners in revenue records despite orders passed by this Court in WP.Nos 32858 and 32689 of 2018 in respect of subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take action against non-implementation of orders passed in earlier WP.Nos 32858 and 32689 of 2018, dated 12-09-2018.
