This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner-complainant to quash the order, dated 2l.l2.2O15 passed in Crl.P.No.13302 of 2015 by this Court 2.

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record 3.

This criminal petition was filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to accused Nos. 1 and 2 in C.C.No.373 of 2Ol4 by this Court on 21.12.2015. Therefore, as cause does not survive at this length of time, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss this criminal petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, it any, shall stand closed.
