THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3283 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri O. Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, who, having tendered arguments as regards the condition to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount i.e., Rs.50,000/- on or before 01.12.2017 imposed by the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, in his order, dated 20.11.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.146 of 2017 in C.A.No.307 of 2017, while suspending the sentence of imprisonment, now seeks extension of time to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount.

2. Though, challenge is against the condition to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount, two weeks' time is granted from today to the revision petitioner to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount as directed by the Court below, disposing of the Criminal Revision Case to comply with the condition to deposit 1/4th of the compensation amount.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
