This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not allowing the petitioner to participate in the Revised Tender Notice No.02/2018 issued by the 3rd respondent, and to direct the respondents to relax the condition of "II other conditions..... 5. The Contractor shall be from same district/Local area." in the aforestated Revised Tender Notice. At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the tender process has already been completed, the therefore writ petition has become infructuous.

As the impugned tender process has already been completed, rendering the cause espoused infructuous, no relief can be granted at this stage.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous, however, liberty is given to the petitioner with respect to other tenders, if any. No costs.
