This writ petition is filed complaining against the inaction of the respondents in considering the request of the petitioner with regard to shifting of A.4 shop.

Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the request of the petitioner was considered and disposed of by proceedings in Cr.No.5005/2017/CPE/E2, dated 06.12.2017, and permission was granted for shifting of the licened premises of A.4 shop of the petitioner. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
