THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2709 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 27.01.2017, in W.P.No.15664 of 2007. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that after contempt case has been filed, the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

4.

The said submission is endorsed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.

Though there is some delay in compliance of the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to take serious view of the matter, as it appears that the conduct resulting in delay is not contumacious.

6.

In the result, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
