Petitioner had filed an application on 16.10.2017 and 06.11.2017 before respondents 2 and 3 for conduct of survey in respect of the subject land and for demarcation by fixing boundaries. Petitioner contends that no action has been taken by respondents 2 and 3 on the said application. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondents 2 and 3 will ensure that survey and demarcation as sought by the petitioner is completed within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to cause a survey and demarcation as sought by the petitioner in his applications dt.16.10.2017 and dt.06.11.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
