Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 27.11.2018 to the 2nd respondent to consider her previous service as Village Administrative Officer on contract basis also for the purpose of releasing pensionary benefits and that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said representation till date.

The Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.27.11.2018 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
