HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.40146 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents No.3 and 4 in trying to demolish and dispossess the petitioners from their houses bearing H.Nos.58-1-141 and 58-1-189 situated at Shivalayam Street, Kadipikonda, Kazipet, Warangal Urban District without any authority, without following the procedure contemplated under the law as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Articles21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India." At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the facts and issue involved in the present matter are identical to the facts and issue involved in W.P.No.35661 of 2017 and that this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition by an order, dated 25.
10.2017, and that, therefore, this Writ Petition also may be disposed of by passing an appropriate similar order as was passed in the afore-stated Writ Petition.

Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the afore-said properties of the petitioners except after following the procedure established by law. It is made clear that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are at liberty to initiate action in accordance with the procedure established by law, if they intend so to do. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
