Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states, on instructions, that respondent No.3 will register the subject document and release it, since there is no longer any order prohibiting alienation of the subject property in force having regard to Judgment, dated 17.11.2017, in AS.No.557 of 2005.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to register the document submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the Registration Act, 1908, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49442 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
