This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the complainant/petitioner to cancel the bail granted to respondent Nos.3 to 5/accused Nos.1 to 3 on 19.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.897 of 2018 in Crime No.676 of 2018 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar.

There is no representation for the complainant/petitioner. There is also no representation for respondent Nos.3 to 5/accused Nos.1 to 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State is present.

As seen from the record, the matter underwent several adjournments. It appears that the complainant/petitioner has no interest to prosecute this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
