Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Both these applications are filed against order dated 18.11.2017 by respondent No.1, an arbitrator, in disputes referred to him in two separate arbitration proceedings between the petitioners and respondent No.2.

During the hearing of the case, we have raised the query as to the maintainability of the writ petitions. However, the necessity of adjudicating this aspect is obviated, as we are informed by the petitioner/party-in-person in W.P.No.42893 of 2017 and Mr.P.Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.44016 of 2017, that the arbitrator has withdrawn from the arbitration proceedings and that, therefore, adjudication of the writ petitions on merits is not necessary. They have accordingly, requested the Court to dismiss the writ petitions as infrucutous.

Both the writ petitions are accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
