HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7053 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard and perused the grounds of revision and the impugned order dated 05.07.2017 in I.A.No.1414 of 2016 in O.S.No.694 of 2012 passed by the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and other material on record.

The said I.A. is filed by the respondents herein to implead them as legal heirs of the sole plaintiff. In view of disposal of C.R.P.No.6821 of 2017 by this Court on 13.12.2017, this Civil Revision Petition is also disposed of with the same observation, for no need of notice since earlier order is passed after hearing both sides. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
