THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41353 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had sought a survey of the land claimed by him through an application dt.08-06-2017 made to the 3rd respondent and that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will conduct survey as sought by petitioner in his application within two (02) weeks after notice to all affected parties.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey as sought by petitioner in his application dt.08-06-2017 within (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, after giving notice to all affected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
