This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 06.09.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the same.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents on instructions submits that the petitioners have to make online application in respect their grievance. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they will make online applications in respect of their grievance. In view of above facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make online application in respect of their grievance and on such application, the competent authority is directed to consider the same in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date receipt of such application. There shall be no order as to costs.
