Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the police to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 379 of 2017 on the file of the Ghatkesar Police Station, Rangareddy District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 3O-11-2017 made in Crl.P.No. 1151812017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Jayaraju lt,4endem, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG)for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" Heard.

The condition of appearance before the SHO concerned on every Sunday between 09.00 AM and 10.00 AM till filing of the charge sheet is modified to appear on every alternate Sunday till filing of the charge sheet. Accordingly, the petition is ordered."
