AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.43108 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to produce the detenu "Jaltha Subbarao @ Pandu, aged 22 years" and set him at liberty.

2. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, pursuant to notice dated 20.12.2017, has informed this Court that, the alleged detenu is accused in Crime No.182 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC registered at Police Station, Kalla, West Godavari District on 18.12.2017. Thereafter, the detenu has been produced before the concerned Court and thereafter he was released on bail.

3. Keeping in view the facts recorded above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
