Telangana Medical Health Contract Workers And Employees Union, v. Union Of India
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.46123 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) Challenge in this writ petition was to the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.21/1031/2018.
However, Sri T.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, would fairly state that the said O.A. was thereafter taken up by another bench of the Tribunal and by order dated 18.12.2018 passed in the said O.A., the Tribunal rejected the prayer of the petitioners for grant of interim relief.
As the petitioners' grievance seems to be now in relation to the later order, this writ petition filed against the earlier order no longer survives for consideration on merits.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies against the later order, if they have any grievance therewith.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
