This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner against the inaction of the Court below in not proceeding to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2016, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri N.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

I have perused the material record.

After advancing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the revision petition. 4.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
