It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the order dated 07.02.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.4019 of 2017, the respondent issued proceedings dated 15.02.2018, complying the said order, wherein the request of the petitioner was rejected. Recording aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 15.02.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
