THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46222 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The complaint of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent SubInspector of Police, Nagaram Police Station has not been conducting any investigation / filing charge sheet in Crime No. 75 of 2018 registered against the 4th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

Since the First Information Report has already been registered against the 4th respondent, suffice if a direction is given to the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation thereinto. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent Sub-Inspector to conduct investigation into Crime No. 75 of 2018 and file a charge sheet in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this order, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
