This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in threatening the petitioner to give her consent to take possession of subject property without following due process of law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 01-11-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.36505 of 2017.
Heard learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.
In view of the same, following the same, for the reasons alike, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law.
