THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41556 OF 2017 ORDER:

The alleged interference of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in civil disputes is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.

Counter-affidavit deposed by the Inspector of Police, Sathupally Police Station, Khammam District is filed and paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the said counter-affidavit reads as under:

"5. It is pertinent to submit that except registration of the above crime and proceeding with the investigation of the case as contemplated under law, this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes as alleged.

6. It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that the 5th respondent herein who is an agricultural labour working with the Hon'ble Minister has got high influence in the society, upon his influence, the respondents 2 and 3 are frequently calling the petitioner to the police station and making him to sit in the police station and forcing him to settle the dispute is absolutely false and hence denied."

While referring to the said averments in the above paragraphs, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said averments of the counter-affidavit may be placed on record and the writ petition may be disposed of. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above said averments in the counter-affidavit. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
