It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4-89 cents in Sy.No.577/3 of Raghavapuram Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District by participating in an open auction conducted by the Special Registrar, District Co-operative Central Bank, Eluru for recovery of dues in EP.No.1262/2013-14 and she was issued a sale certificate dated 06-05-2014 in her favour. That when the petitioner approached the revenue authorities for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, they did not receive her application and informed her that subject land is included in the prohibitory properties list as per G.O.Ms.No.195, dated 05-05-2016. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed WP.Nos 39583 and 39586 of 2018 by its common order dated 30-11-2018. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to delete the subject land from the list of prohibited properties as per G.O.Ms.No.195, dated 05-05-2016 and also to process the mutation application to be presented by the petitioner in respect of subject land and process the same in accordance

with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
