This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the orders dated 29.11.2017 in E.A.(S.R) No.19760 of 2017 in E.P.No.50 of 2014 in O.S.No.60 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge, Kadapa. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous, in view of the modification of the orders in A.S.No.799 of 2017 on the file of this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
