Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 2.
This writ petition is filed praying to declare the inaction of 1st respondent in not acting upon the proposal submitted by the District Collector, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, vide his letter dated 18.04.2018 with reference to correction in the schedule, in so far as reflection of survey numbers correctly of Akenepally Village.

Learned Government Pleader, produced instructions of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment.
According to these instructions, acting on the proposal submitted by the District Panchayat Officer, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli District, proposals are submitted to the Government requesting the Government to consider exercising power under Sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of Telangana State Panchayat Raj Act, 2018, to amend the schedule and orders from the Government are awaited.

In view of the steps taken by the Commissioner by sending proposals to the Government, it cannot be said that there is negligence in considering the issue in carrying out corrections to the schedule. Since the proposals are already submitted to the Government, the Government is directed to expedite consideration of the proposals and take appropriate further course of action, as warranted by law.
