This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1, A.2 and A.6, for grant of bail in Crime No.38 of 2018 of Sodum Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 341, 427, 452 and 506 read with 149 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1, A.2 and A.6, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2018 in Crl.P.No.12463 of 2018. There are no change of circumstances.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
