Ramasubramanian,J) The purchaser of a property in an auction conducted under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has come up with the above writ petition, seeking a limited prayer.

2. Heard Sri M. Narender Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. Sri P. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned counsel takes notice for the 5th respondent-bank.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II to dispose of S.A.No.695 of 2017 (S.A.No.59 of 2016), within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
