Smt. Gaddala Vijayamma v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.46172 of 2018 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application to the 2nd respondent for eviction of the 6th respondent from the subject house. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Though in the written instructions it is stated that eviction order is passed, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same saying that there is no such eviction order and he says that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare and Revenue.
In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-12-2018 Nvl
