It is the case of the petitioner that her son made an application through "Meekosam" to the 4th respondent to mutate the name of the petitioner in revenue records, for issuance of title deed and E-pass book to her in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0-32 cents in Sy.No.479/3, Ac.2-26 cents in Sy.No.479/6 and Ac.0-93 cents in Sy.No.479/10 of Narava Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District by cancelling the pattadar passbooks issued in favour of third party. But the same has not been considered till today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. If some third party has obtained pattadar passbooks over the schedule properties, the petitioner can file revision under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act").
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may make necessary revision before the competent authority under Section 9 of the Act.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the competent authority and on such application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties if any, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of filing
application. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-12-2018 Nvl
