CVNR, J & GSP, J CC.No.2614 of 2017 Dated:02.02.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 28.8.2017, in Writ Petition No.11726 of 2017. At the hearing, Dr. A.Ashok, the respondent-contemnor, is personally present.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education (Telangana) representing him has placed before the Court proceedings, vide Proc.Rc.No.VOC.1/1493/2005, dated 31.01.2018, according permission for payment of arrears of Honararium to the petitioner from 25.9.2007 to 21.6.2017 for an amount of Rs.24,37,000/- with a request to the Principal, Government Junior College for Girls, Nizamabad to verify the eligibility while drawing the amount and pay the same to the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has also placed before the Court an unsigned brief note stated to have been prepared by the staff of the respondent, wherein token No.39987, dated 01.02.2018, has been mentioned in proof of submission of bills at District Treasury Office, Nizamabad. The respondent submitted that he will ensure that the payment will be made to the petitioner within a day or two.

CVNR, J & GSP, J CC.No.2614 of 2017 Dated:02.02.2018 In the light of the above, the grievance of the petitioner with which this Contempt Case is filed stood redressed and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
