HACJ & Dr.SA, J W.A.No.183 of 2019 AND WP.No.46298 of 2018 Dt: 17.06.2019 Common Judgment : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Appeal is filed against the order dated 02.01.2019 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.46298 of 2018.

Mr. B. Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, which has been duly dismissed by order dated 02.01.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge, with liberty to the appellants to file a comprehensive writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the writ appeal stands disposed of. Liberty as sought for is, hereby, granted.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
