Petitioners claim to be given house site pattas by the respondents (copies of which have been filed in the material papers). Petitioners contend that the house sites have not been demarcated by the respondents in spite of several representations made on 16.12.2016, 18.02.2017, 10.03.2017 and 12.03.2017 to the 4th respondent. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representations made by the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
