THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 46126 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the building construction of the petitioner in plot No.150, admeasuring 200 square yards, forms part of Survey Nos.575, 576P, 577, 578P, 579 & 580P of Pakalakunta, Alwal village, erstwhile Malkajgiri municipality, now under GHMC, Malakajgiri circle and mandal, Medchal district, inspite of granting building permission dated 01.02.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the property in dispute, since it has been constructed after obtaining valid permission and that the said permission is still subsisting.

Learned Standing Counsel denies the involvement of the respondents in interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner.

Recording the statement of the learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and accordingly the same is closed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
