Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 18.11.2017 to the 3rd respondent-District Collector and no orders have been passed on the said representation and eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame. 2.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.11.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
