THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.42393 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 10.03.2015 for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass book to the 4th respondent on A.P. Online, and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.10.03.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.10.03.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
