HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.43153 of 2017 O R D E R:- Basing on written instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that the final report has already been filed and the petitioner is also informed of the filing of the report. The petitioner, since is working out remedies under Right to Information Act, without getting into whether the application filed by the petitioner is in order etc., on instructions, she submits that the 3rd respondent will send the copy of final report by registered post acknowledgment due within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the address given in the writ petition.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
