Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had applied for mutation of his name in respect of the subject land in 2017; that the 3rd respondent had issued a notice Ref.(B) 483/2016 dt.07-08-2017 to the petitioner to produce some documents and that there after, 3rd respondent has not taken any action. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's representation within four weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation within four weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
