Learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter dated 13.11.2018 before the Registry stating that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal and requested to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submits that permission may be accorded for withdrawing the appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
