THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos. 7519, 7520, 7538, 7546, 7664 and 7665 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER:

All these civil revision petitions are filed questioning the docket order, dated 13.12.2018, passed by the learned VII Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents placed reliance on the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Tadikona Surya Venkata Satyanarayana Murthy Vs.

Tammana Seethamahalakshmi1, wherein it was held that the District Judge is competent to consider the applications seeking transfer of the proceedings within the District.

In view of the above, the civil revision petitions are disposed of directing the learned VII Additional District Judge to consider the petitions filed by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and by following the aforesaid judgment.
