ORDER

Heard.

For the return of the plaint by lower Court, it is the duty of the learned counsel for the plaintiff in the unnumbered suit to clarify the objection rather than maintaining a revision before the High Court invoking Section 115 CPC and Article 227 of the Constitution.

Registry to return the original documents so that the plaintiff/ revision petitioner shall represent the same on or before 22.12.2017 before the Junior Civil Judge, if necessary to call on Bench to pass after hearing any detailed order thereof on or before 26.12.2017.

There shall be interim stay of the enforcement of the impugned order in the suit by the defendant authorities till 27.12.2017.

In view of the above, the revision is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
