THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13628 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the A.1 in Cr.No.227 of 2011 on the file of the I town Police Station, Kadapa, registered for offences punishable u/ sec.323 and 355 IPC and u/ sec.3(1)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989(for short, 'the Act') on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

The petitioner and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ A.1in Cr.No.227 of 2011 of I Town U/ G Police Station, Y.S.R.Kadapa. The petitioner/ A.1 is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
