THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41881 OF 2017 ORDER:

The second respondent issued Notification No.14/2017 on 14.04.2017 to fill up the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers in Residential Institutions Societies in the State of Telangana and thepetitioners submitted their applications online within the stipulated date i.e., 04.05.2017. They are eligible for the said post. The written test was conducted on 20.07.2017, 29.08.2017 and 30.08.2017 and the results of the examinations were declared, but the results of the petitioners were not declared. The final selection list was prepared on 25.11.2017 and 28.11.2017 and the numbers of the petitioners did not appear in the final selection list. They submitted representations for declaring the results of the petitioners and when the same was not considered, the present writ petition was filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that except petitioner No.10, other petitioners committed some mistakes in filling up of the circles or bubbling while giving the details of their hall-ticket numbers or other information. The petitioner No.10 committed a mistake relating to Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) details and he has submitted representation on 02.11.2017 in that connection.

So far as the issue relating to wrong bubbling or mistakes not relating to the merit of the candidates was concerned, this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, by order dated 30.11.2017, directed the respondents therein to evaluate the answer scripts and depending on the marks obtained by them, shall take further action. All the petitioners herein, except petitioner No.10, are covered by the said order. Insofar as petitioner No.10 is concerned, the issue was not considered in the said order and it is for the second respondent to consider the representation dated 02.11.2017 submitted by the petitioner No.10.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of holding that the case of the petitioners, except petitioner No.10, is covered by order dated 30.11.2017, in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, whereas the representation of the petitioner No.10, dated 02.11.2017, shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 12.12.2017 pln
