This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in failing to register the petitioner's complaints, dated 01.06.2017 and 22.09.2017, and to investigate the same. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on 17.08.2017, as per the complaint of the petitioner under Section 70 B of C.P. Act, a petty case was registered against one Panday, at S.R. Nagar Police Station and that the accused was convicted, vide S.T.C.No.4829 of 2017 on 24.08.2017 before the X Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, as such the allegations made by the petitioner are all false and denied. 4.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
