.....RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in refusing to receive the documents presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of flat no.504, 5th floor, in Block-E/1 of MEADOWLAND, with a built up area of 12.10 sq. feet, alongwith undivided share of land 46 sq. yards (out o of .1996 sq. yards) under sy.no.'14512, situated at Hydernagar Village, Kukatpally Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, without assigning any reasons, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, u nconstitutional, violalion of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of Registration Act, 1908, and consequenfly direct the respondents 2

and 3 to receive, register and release the documents presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of subject lands. I.A.NO:1 OF 2017 (WPMP.NO:50786 OF 2017 ) Petition Under Section 15'1 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to receive, register and release the documents presented by the petitioner for registration. in respect of flat no.504, 5th floor, in Block-E/1 of MEADOWIAND, with a built up area of '1210 sq. feet, along with undivided share of land 46 sq. yards (out of 1996 sq. yards) under sy.no.145/2, situated at Hydernagar Village, Kukatpally Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, pending disposal of the writ petition.

\ Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel For the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the interim order passed in WPMP No.50786 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017, the respondent authorities had registered the subject documents and fairly submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for .Stamps and Registration appearing for respondents fairly acceded the same. 3.

Recording the submission made by learned counsel, this Writ Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that mere registration of the document does not confer title on the subject property and it is also made clear that this order would not have any bearing on all those matters where title/rights of the parties are pending before the authorities either in revision/appeals for adjudication and in any other case this order also does not preclude the parties in asserting their rights before a competent Court of law.
