HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.46169 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 3rd respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land to an extent of Ac.2-16 cents in Sy.No.21-B3, 21-B4 and 21-B5 in Vankayalapadu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Guntur District without following due procedure.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on instructions submits that the respondents will follow due procedure if at all, they want to take any action against subject lands.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands without following due process of law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
