THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.43008 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 - Station House Officer, Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District, is not registering FIR with respect to his complaint, dated 27.11.2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 produced before this Court a copy of FIR.No.188 of 2017 and submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR.No.188 of 2017, dated 16.12.2017 came to be registered by respondent No.3 and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the writ petition is closed, placing on record the aforesaid FIR.

Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
