THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46616 of 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 23.07.2018 in File No. 3/C1/14242/2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent Corporation. A consequential direction was also sought to forthwith receive the Application of the petitioner for grant of building permission in respect of the premises bearing No. 701, admeasuring 160 square yards, Weaver's Colony, Bhavana Nagar, Kapra Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, submit that the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Order dated 16.05.2016 in Writ Petition No. 37810 of 2015, operative portion of which reads as under:

" The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings dated 13.03.2014. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall reconsider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed there under." In view of the submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Order stated above. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
