Sri P. Kasi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make application in Form-VI under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 for mutating the names of the petitioners in the revenue records.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
